Amapura (City of Immortality in Pali) is one of the old burmese capitals near Mandalay.

Nearby, you can find the longest teak bridge in the world (1.2 km) called the U Bein Bridge over the Taungthaman Lake.

This bridge is a beautiful place where burmese people like to walk in the late afternoon and flirt for the youngest of them.

You also get the chance to observe people working in the field or fishing like the man in this photography, searching his nets under the sunset.

A lovely atmospheric image. The triangular composition works really well and the misty trees in the distance give a nice ethereal feel.
