You sometimes get an interesting photography out of pretty much nothing. Take this one for instance. It was taken on the side of Gunung Cawi, the Indiana Jones-esque monument near Ubud, in Bali. I was trying to capture those two young kids making a fire when for some reason the smoke began to become intense. [...]
Whenever i go to Bali, i usually do this from Java Island. You can take the ferry at Banyuwangi (wich is connected by train to Surabaya. Meaning you can go all the way from Jakarta to Bali by train wich is what i usually do

I remember it was late afternoon. I had spend the day doing a bike trip along the countryside of Mount Batur and was quite tired but the lady wanted to go to Ubud Central Market (Bali, Indonesia). So there we meet and walk around. Being tired, i find a place to seat while she bargains [...]
Back again on Kuta beach, Bali. And once again the sunset lights gives a nice opportunity for a silhouette against the sea. I really like the lonely and fragile figure of this man, going forward into the sea.
